Other vision impairments

Many people have slight to extreme vision problems, such as:

• General poor eyesight
• Contrast sensitivity
• Visual snow, glare, ghosting and cataracts
• Involuntary movement of the eyes
• Obstructed or spotty vision

Using filters on images

If you use a filter on an image, mention it in the alt text (see next section on Images) or description so that people with vision impairments can understand what they are looking at.
